Fitting

  • How can I make an appointment for a PING club fitting?

    To schedule an appointment with one of our Phoenix trained fitters, please contact our Consumer Relations Dept. at (800) 474-6434 Monday-Friday from 7:30-4:30pm MDT. Fittings are scheduled 2 weeks in advance of the preferred date.

  • Where can I purchase PING products, how do I find a retailer near me?

  • Can I buy direct from PING?

    Yes. At this time PING offers the full selection of bags and accessories available to purchase. Check out ping.com to view all Bags and Accessories.

PING Tours

  • How can I schedule a PING factory tour?

    Factory tours are conducted Monday-Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m. To inquire on upcoming availability, or to schedule your tour please call our Consumer Relations team at (800) 474-6434 to better assist you.

Orders

  • How can I check on the status of my golf club order?

    As a golf club manufacturer we are unable to provide consumer purchase information without the consent of our valued authorized PING retailers. We would be more than happy to contact our authorized retailer on your behalf or you may request the information from the authorized retailer where the purchase was made.

  • How can I check on the status of my ping.com online order?
    Online order statuses can be viewed in the Order History section within your PING Account.  You can also reference the provided tracking code once your order has shipped.  For further assistance, please contact a PING customer service agent at 1(800)474-6434 or email customercare-us@ping.com
  • What payment methods does PING accept?
    We accept all VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
  • What am I taxed on my purchase?
    State Sales tax is calculated in accordance with the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.  All applied taxes will be refunded if items are returned, excluding tax applied to shipping and handling charges.  We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges in most states.
  • Where do you ship?
    Standard Ground and 2-Day shipping is available in the contiguous United States (including US P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses).

  • When can I expect my package?
    For all standard ground shipments, please allow 4-7 business days after your order has been processed.
    For all 2-day shipments, please allow 2 business days after your order has been processed.
    Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.Please allow an additional 3 days to process golf bag orders.
    Orders placed after 12:00pm MST (DST not observed) will be processed the next business day.

Online Order Returns

  • I need to make a return?
    We’re sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product.  You can make a return within 30 days of the order placement date, for a full refund on the value of the product plus taxes.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  All refunds will be made on the original form of payment.  Product must be in new, unused, unaltered condition, in the original packaging with labels and tags attached.  Please contact a PING customer service agent at 1(800)474-6434 or email us at customercare-us@ping.com to obtain your PING return authorization number and receive further instructions.

  • How can I register my recent purchase of PING clubs?

Military Rebates

  • Does PING offer a military rebate?

    Yes, PING honors the service of our active-duty members and retirees by offering a military rebate program. Military rebate forms can be found at the PING authorized retailer from which your clubs were purchased.

  • Can you please provide the status of my military rebate?

    Thank you for your recent purchase of PING golf clubs. The status of your military rebate can be checked by visiting www.rapid-rebates.com or by contacting (800) 619-4703.

Warranty

  • Are my PING clubs still under warranty?

    At PING, we stand behind the workmanship and the materials involved in the manufacturing and production of our equipment and accessories. Our current policies protect your purchase from defect and are evaluated on an as needed basis. If you have any questions regarding our policies that protect your PING investment please feel free to call (800) 474-6434 and we would be happy to discuss your situation and provide the options that may be available.

Charitable Donations

  • How can I receive a donation for my charitable function?

    Due to the high volume of requests that we receive for free/complimentary products, the cost of honoring all such requests would be prohibitive. Because we do not want to discriminate by honoring some requests and not others, it is our company policy to refrain from providing free/complimentary products to consumers. PING offers a purchase program to qualifying charitable organizations. Please observe the following requirements when making your request. Written request must be mailed to PING (may be e-mailed or faxed) 60 days prior to the event. Requests must include the following:

    1. When and where the event is.
    2. Who is benefitting from the proceeds?
    3. What the event would like to purchase from PING.
    4. How those items will be used.
    5. If the organization is exempt from paying state sales and use tax we must have a copy of the state tax/ use tax exemption certificate. Include the charitable organization’s ID number.
    6. Attach an event flyer.

    Submission of the preceding information does not guarantee that the opportunity to purchase product directly from PING will be approved. Club Authentication

  • How can I verify the authenticity of my PING clubs?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to verify authenticity by serial number alone. If you are in doubt of the authenticity of your PING club(s), you can send your club(s) directly to our repair department to be authenticated. To set up a club inspection please call our Consumer Relations Department at (800) 474-6434. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Mountain Standard Time.
