G410 SFT

The G410 SFT (Straight Flight Technology) provides maximum fade and slice correction while delivering all the performance benefits of the G410 Plus such as a high MOI and faster ball speed. A fixed weight on the extreme perimeter and 50% more heel-side CG than G400 ensures straighter ball flights. A lighter D1 swingweight helps square the face at impact.

PING G410 SFT Technology

  • Corrects Fades & Slices

Maximum fade and slice correction is provided by a fixed weight on the extreme perimeter of the head and 50% more heel-side CG than the G400 driver to ensure straighter ball flights. Assistance also comes from a lighter D1 swingweight, which helps square the face at impact.
  • Easy to Aim

The G410 SFT driver's 455cc head sits visually square at address and delivers all the performance benefits of the G410 Plus, such as a high MOI and faster ball speed, while ensuring a consistently straight ball flight.
  • 8-lobe Trajectory Tuning

Trajectory Tuning 2.0 in the G410 drivers utilizes a new lightweight, aerodynamic hosel sleeve providing eight settings for influencing ball flight through loft (±1.5°) and lie adjustments, including up to 3° flatter than standard.
  • Fast Face

To accelerate ball speed for more distance, the T9S+ precision-machined forged face undergoes a patented heat-treatment process, creating a thinner, hotter impact area for maximum flexing. The forging and the head’s internal geometry are key to the powerful sound and feel.
  • Internal Dragonfly Technology

A new “creased crown” design in the 455cc head has stiffening properties and combines with patented Dragonfly Technology inside to create an ultra-thin crown structure, saving weight to optimize the CG and increase forgiveness.

  • Alta CB Red 55

The next generation of PING's proprietary counter-balanced shaft is lightweight and high-launching while offering more stability and a consistent feel. An eight-gram counterweight in the grip end helps shift the CG higher, allowing for an increase in energy transfer and momentum, resulting in more ball speed and greater forgiveness.
  • Shaft-Fitting Options

The high-performance PING Tour 65 & 75 (lower launch, low spin, stable feel), Project X EvenFlow Black 75 (low launch, low spin) and Mitsubishi Tensei CK Orange 60 (mid launch, low spin) are available at no upcharge and ensure a shaft-fitting option to match the launch conditions of all golfers.

Shafts

To get the most distance from your driver, you must optimize the launch angle and spin rate of the ball by selecting the proper loft and shaft flex for your swing speed. Generally, golfers with slower swing speeds require more-lofted drivers and more-flexible shafts to achieve the proper launch conditions. Conversely, golfers with faster swing speeds generally require lower-lofted drivers and firmer shafts.

We recommend that you get fit for the shaft that allows you to play your best golf. Whether that’s a softer, lighter shaft with a higher launch or a heavier, stiffer shaft with a lower trajectory, a PING Certified Club Fitter can help you find the shaft that brings consistency to your game.

Grips

PING offers a variety of grip sizes and styles to fit different hand sizes and texture preferences. Since grip size influences your wrist action, and therefore the direction of your shots, it is commonly used by fitters to affect ball flight.

PING color-coded grips are available in six different diameters, and can be further customized with grip tape according to your needs. Once the neutral grip color code has been determined based on hand measurements, golfers may consider smaller diameter grips to help control fades and slices, or larger diameter grips to help control draws and hooks.
