The sole contours in the iWedge ensured results from green-side bunkers or tight lies around the putting surface. The multi-level cavity design provided the feel and forgiveness made popular by its predecessor, the PING EYE2 wedge.
The iWedge has been discontinued and is no longer available.
The versatility and performance of the original PING EYE2 sand wedge inspired the design of the iWedge. Borrowing the proven engineering advancements of the tour favorite—including the concave sole—the iWedge's Sand Cup design positions the pivot point farther from the lead edge and features an aggressively tapered heel and toe.
This combination gets the wedge under the ball quickly in the sand or from turf and prevents digging. The deep, multi-level cavity maximizes forgiveness and positions the center of gravity (CG) toward the center of the face and low for a solid feel.
