PING offers free walk-in indoor fittings in our Fitting Department Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 4:30pm MST. Group tours of our factory (assembly areas only) are conducted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am. Reservations are required, and no children under 9 years old are permitted. Call 602-687-5385 for more information, and please plan ahead as space is limited. PING is closed on holidays.

While we share the enthusiasm of every avid golfer and PING loyalist, we regretfully cannot accept ideas for golf products, advertising or any other type of intellectual property. The reasons for this policy are outlined here.

Donation Requests

PING offers a purchase program to qualifying charitable organizations. Written request must be received by PING (via postal mail or fax) 60 days prior to the event. Request submission does not guarantee that the opportunity to purchase product directly from PING will be approved. PING reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any requests.

Send donation requests to Tournament Operations, PING, P. O. Box 82000, Phoenix, Arizona 85071-2000, or fax to (602) 687-4490. All requests must include the following information:

• The date and location of the event
• Who will be benefiting from the proceeds
• Which products the event would like to purchase
• How these products will be used
• A copy of the State Tax/Use Tax certificate, if applicable
• The charitable organization's Tax ID number
• An event flyer
