PING, Inc., maker of Ping golf equipment is seeking an Apparel Field Sales Representative in the Central Region Sales Territory based in the greater Chicago, IL area covering multiple states.
This position reports to the National Sales Manager of Apparel and will be responsible for making sales calls within assigned territory. The successful candidate will manage sales orders and showcase PING's apparel.

Job Title: Staff R&D Engineer (SRDE-SG)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Job Duties: Responsible for assigned cooperative research projects aimed at meeting mid- or long-term company objectives; Research and review new product plans and make recommendations for material selection based on design objectives. These responsibilities are inclusive of researching and documenting an assigned technology, material, process or biomechanical project; preparing and properly maintaining a research summary file including technical supervision of related engineering personnel assigned to the project; and interfacing with all applicable disciplines including Engineering, Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Design and Development Engineering, Materials, Safety, Environmental, and Project Management; Analyze product failure data and laboratory test results to determine causes of problems and develop solutions; Conduct or supervise tests on raw materials or finished products to ensure their quality; Plan and implement laboratory operations for the purpose of developing material and fabrication procedures that meet cost, product specification, and performance standards; Utilizing pertinent knowledge of ISO procedures, design and direct the testing or control of processing procedures; Monitor material performance and evaluate material deterioration; Serving as the Fluid Dynamics Expert and utilizing knowledge of current methods for preparing, performing, and analyzing computational fluid dynamics simulations using FLUENT or similar software, plan and evaluate new aerodynamics and other fluid interaction projects, consulting with other engineers and corporate executives as necessary; Responsible for developing all wind tunnel experiments and guiding technical staff engaged in carrying out such experiments; Evaluate technical specifications and economic factors relating to process or product design objectives; Determine appropriate methods for fabricating and joining materials.
Education and Experience: Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field and one year of relevant experience.
